2 miles tempo

Ran 2 miles tempo pace in 19:44 (9:46 and 9:58) at noon. Temp was 70 and humidity 68. Only negative was left hamstring, which knotted up again in different places after about 1/2 mile. I will be asking for a volunteer to rub my hamstrings down before the Asparagus Run with sports cream that I bought at Walgreens yesterday.
