6/9 run
3.5 miles in 23:53 (6:49 ppm). Goal was just to run sub 7:00 pace, so not quite easy but not really tempo either. Was going to go 4.5 but legs were sore from yesterday and wanted to be fresh for the spear-it so just went 3.5.
Right shin is sore. Same shin in same spot as last fall and in every time I have ever had this problem. Don't really know what to do. Taking time off doesn't help cause I just run for three days and it comes back. I might not last long after the asparagus run.
