Try to run your first mile in the 9:05-9:10 range. The first mile is the toughest on that course. The rest is basically downhill, so you should be able to run more even splits on this course. A 9:10 first mile on this course is like an 8:55 on the asparagus course.
So on this course if you run a 9:10 opening mile, you should be able to run a 9:10 second mile. That would put you in great shape to PR, since the last mile features a long downhill.
Shoot for sub 18:30 at two miles.
