June 5, 2008, 3 miles easy run

Ran 3 miles easy in the rain along Lake Cadillac route. 63 degrees, wind out of the southeast at 14mph. Hamstrings very tight and motivation low. Need change of scenery at Silver Lake.

1st mile in 10:26, 15:46 at turnaround, 21:10 at 2 miles and 32:12 at 3 miles for 10:44 pace.
