Morning Run
Ran 4 miles this morning. My legs felt like they weighed 100 lbs. each. I had a hard time getting started, but once I was a mile or so into it, I felt o.k. My time was 40:49. I used Raj's new GPS watch, which was really cool. It tells you exactly how far you've gone, so there is no risk of running even .1 more than necessary!
