2 x 10 minute intervals at fast pace
Beautiful morning at Silver Lake for a run. Legs are only about 70%, however. Baby food race took more out of them than I thought. Did 1/2 mile warm-up (5:10) followed by a 10 minute fast pace (9:15 at the mile mark), then a 2 minute jog followed by another 10 minutes at a fast pace (9:30 at the mile mark). Ended with a 2 minute jog and a 1 mile cool down (11:40).

This workout was just meant to keep you sharp. Go real light the next two days.
