6 miles easy
6 mile recovery run tonight on a nice comfortable evening. That is if you think 88 degrees and balmy is comfortable. I'm trying to prepare for those nice crisp 80 degree November days in Bloomington.
Time tonight was 42:31 (7:05 ppm). First mile was like 6:56. 3.5 split was 25:00 or thereabouts. Combined my 3.5 mile loop with my 2.5 mile loop, which means a very hilly (10 climbs) six miles.
Felt fairly good tonight despite the conditions. I might be finally starting to feel my oats. All this running might actually be getting me in shape.
