Easy 3
My shoes were still a little wet at 7 a.m. when I put them on for my "easy 3." I started out too fast at 9:17 for the first mile, so I slowed down to 9:41 and 9:43 for the last 2. Total time was 28:43, or something like that. I felt pretty crappy. I didn't get much sleep last night and my legs were really tired from the work out last night. I am nervous about being able to do 5 mile run Chip has scheduled for tomorrow!

28:43 is pretty fast for an easy 3 on tired legs. It's a good sign that you can run that fast the day after a tough workout. I think you'll be fine tomorrow.
It was TOO fast! I felt kind of nauseous (however you spell it). I forgot to mention I also had to wear Raj's spandex shorts to run because of the chafing on my left leg from last night. Talk about serious pain! Raj was not trilled I wore his shorts either! ha ha
