very easy 3

Ran a very easy 3 this morning at Silver Lake. Temp was 70 degrees and humidity 86%. I purposely slowed down to begin conserving energy for the race Saturday. A huge helping of P.J.'s blueberry buckle last night helped put the brakes on. First mile was 10:31, and I then lost track of the next 2 mile times, probably semi-intentionally. Total time was 32:18 (10:46 ppm). Tomorrow I will post my goal for the Fremont race. Never have run this course before so I am shooting in the dark. I do know it will be warm and humid!

cattletracks7,

You are in luck! P.J. left this afternoon for Cadillac with half a pan left. I agree it is best to wait until after your race Saturday at the Alpenfest, although it would go well with beer and wiener schnitzel post race. Tell me where to have P.J. deliver you a plateful. Warning, you'll be hooked.
