June/July mileage post
I went through my journal and added up all my miles for June and July. From June 1 -30 I ran 61 miles. From July 1 - July 31 I ran 99.25 miles. If I would have known I was that close to 100, I would have run an extra .75 one of the days!
The last week I've felt pretty worn out. I think my ideal week is running 5 times and doing about 25 - 30 miles per week. I've been sick this week though, so that could be part of it too. One of the things that I have enjoyed the last few weeks is doing some of the track workouts and the other runs that vary time/pace. That helps keep me from getting too bored and burned out. I also have gone through the calendar and scheduled races every 2 weeks for the month of August and September.

I hate to break it to you but the days of 25-30 mile weeks are over.
Forgot to mention that you have a good shot at the 300 mile club (300 miles from June 1 to August 31). 300 is the benchmark for a full summer of training. If you get it, the coach gives you a t-shirt.
Right now you're at 172.5 (if you indeed did not run yesterday) with 28 days to go. To make it, you have to average 32 miles a week (4.55 miles a day) over the next 4 weeks.
