Easy run on treadmill

I ran 7 miles easy on the treadmill today.  I was going to do 6, but since it was the treadmill, I added another mile.  Plus, I was watching a good t.v. show and didn't want to turn it off.

I did not run the last 3 days.  I am pretty burned out.  Sick of running.  The treadmill is nice because then I can watch t.v. at least.  

The run was easy.  10 minute miles.
