Monday and today
We had company the last 2 days, and I forgot to post the x-training I did yesterday, which was originally scheduled as an off day. We biked about 17 miles on the bike path, and I definitely used some different muscles.
Today was supposed to be 4 easy, but I only did 2 easy (10:00 ppm) due to very tired legs and a hard workout scheduled for tomorrow.
