A little humid today at the lake. More like typical July weather. Ran 4 miles easy. Splits were 10:03; 9:31; 9:46; and 9:48. Total time was 39:08 (9:47 ppm).

Your easy days are too fast. This pace isn't much slower than your tempo pace, and it's much faster than the pace for your last 10k.
