not a good running week
ran 3 miles on the treadmill last monday and after felt a lot of pain in my foot/heel/ankle. I have been kind of limping around all week. I finally ran today at the track 3 miles but was in pain the whole time. Now I am hobbling worse. Not very happy about it...It only hurts when I put pressure on it. So I know I didn't twist my ankle because that would hurt even sitting.
