week in review
Monday-3 miles treadmill, pace 9:30
Tuesday-off, lifted weights
Wednesday- off
Thursday- 3 hard at the lake, pace 8:15 (actually I only know that was the pace for the 2nd and 3rd mile because my timer stopped during the first mile but I am sure it was all the same).
Friday- 5 medium slow, pace 9:12, my ipod died during the first mile it was torture the rest of the way.
And what is with all the blue hair couples hogging the shoulder, they don't even move for you. I had to go practically to the median twice just to get around these people.
Not sure what I should do tomorrow, left knee is hurting. It would be great if for once I had no pains.I hate the treadmill during the week so I like to get my long runs in on the weekend. Oh and by the way since I have started running I have actually gained 5 pounds.
