working backwards
I will try and work backwards to the last post, not sure if I can remember...
Today- 4 miles on the treadmill, 9:22
Sunday-5 miles, 4 miles of intervals at the KVCC track, 1 lap slow, 1 lap fast, 1 mile cool down
Saturday-off
Friday-3 miles on KL
Thursday-off
Wednesday-2 miles on treadmill, 1st mile 10:00, 2nd mile 8:00 or 8:15, can't remember
Tuesday-?? can't remember if I ran or not
Monday-off
Sunday- 6 miles at the lake, 9:20 miles?
Saturday-3 miles at the lake
