4 mile ultra power walk
4 mile ultra power walk this morning at the lake with Mom. I couldn't keep up with her in the 4th mile so I had to jog a bit. Splits were 14:07; 14:04; 13:55; and 12:28 (that's right, and Mom was walking!). Total time was 54:32 (13:39 ppm).
