2,5 easy run + 0.6 walk/jog
My 2.5 mile easy run (no walking) felt fairly good today. Time was 26:07 (10:27 ppm). Finished with a 0.6 mile walk/jog (50 strides walk then 100 strides jog). Total distance was a 5K in 32:57 (10:38 ppm). Weather was 41 degrees, misty, and no wind, which was perfect. 196 1/2 lbs. after the run so I've lost 2 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.
