3-mile
Ran the EF 3-mile today. 22:10 was my official time I believe. It was a tough course in a european style race over hay bales and the like. It was fun, but I am out of shape!

Was it a 5K or 3 mile? I'd say your time was pretty good regardless. Sounds like a trail run steeplechase.
It was 3 miles.
