Mom and I covered 3.28 miles up and 3.27 miles back for a total of 6.55 miles.  Time was 1:34:41 (14:27 ppm).  We walked the entire way up and jogged a minute/walked a minute all the way back. I would estimate distance to be slightly over 3 miles.  Knee is better.  May try to run just a little tomorrow; however, will continue to take it slowly.  Goal is to try to run in the Lake Run just north of Bloomington the first Saturday in May.
