lead legs part II

When I began my run it was sunny and 75 degrees. I had just finished mowing the lawn. The assignment was to run 3.5 miles easy. I was only able to do 2.07 miles. For some reason the heat has sapped my energy since the Asparagus Run. Legs just won't move after 2 miles. It's not a matter of gutting it out. I would if I could. Mile times were 10:14 and 10:21. 10:17 ppm for the 2.07 miles. I'll need a miraculous recovery for the Seaway Run.

Keep icing and hydrating. There's nothing else you can do. Note, though, that your current ppm is still on the fast end of the suggested ppm for easy days. So you're really not going that slowly.
